Our technology helps provide real time advice. All our inspectors use tablets for all their inspections and follow each inspection up with a phone call to the nominated contact. Our technology allows us to get your results to you the same day and to all parties. We guarantee Occupancy Permits or Certificates of Final inspection will be issued on the same day if all documentation has been received, approved and the inspector has approved the works on site.
In 2010 we introduced a new role within our inspection team that of Inspection Service Manager. Inspection Service is what it is all about. Luke Jones our Senior Building Inspector manages a team of seven inspectors and two customer service officers. It's this core element of being inspection focused and working with our clients, their suppliers and trades to reduce issues and improve that quality of construction that provides the ultimate benefit for you. Luke works towards consistency, reliability and availability which are words that can only be achieved when you have a team working on service. We spend time with your business presenting reports, providing training and tailoring our service, so that your project can run smoothly and quickly. We work thorough the common items of a particular inspection type and what opportunities there are to improve. We also analyse any trends in supervisor approval rates and approval rates on your dwelling models and trades.
