By listening and correctly understanding all of our clients' business requirements and their specific needs we have been able to tailor our services to best meet those requirements. We offer a 1 day turnaround, a 3 day turnaround or a 10 day turnaround on applications. We also have a vast array of business performance reports that allows you to analyse every part of your operations, refine your business and reducing delays.

Our people work and develop their skills on an ongoing basis. Gary Gommers our General Manager is on the Executive of the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors working closely with Government and industry. David Madeira is teaching Building Surveying at TAFE. His teaching knowledge ensures Group Four is at the forefront of regulation interpretation.
