Back in 1999, directors Brad Burton and Michael Madeira were working as council building surveyors. They saw firsthand the frustration of their clients, who were often forced to wait weeks and sometimes months for permits and inspections. They knew it didn’t have to be that way. And so Group Four was born.
Like many other great businesses we started small – in a garage to be exact. But we were focused and determined. And we had a point of difference – our commitment to delivering fast service to the highest possible standards. We fought hard to win the trust and business of the many disgruntled builders and home buyers who were sick of bad service and long waiting times. And soon enough many builders and home buyers like you, began to see that things were different with us. And so we grew.
